Our hotel offers 10 spacious and well-appointed guest rooms, each equipped with two queen-size beds featuring orthopedic mattresses, air conditioning, a private bathroom with solar-powered hot water, a flat-screen cable TV, refrigerator, espresso machine, hairdryer, bath and beach towels, complimentary Wi-Fi, access to a swimming pool, and private parking. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We offer assistance with reservations for local tours and activities, including snorkeling, guided tours of the national park, visits to indigenous reserves, white-water rafting, horseback riding, surf lessons, and more. On-site massage services are available with a certified professional therapist. We also provide transportation arrangements to and from the airport and other destinations within the country, as well as bicycle and vehicle rentals, domestic flights, and more. Of our total room offering, one is fully equipped for wheelchair accessibility and guests with special needs.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Cancellations made after the reservation confirmation will incur a charge of 10% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 21 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking amount.
- No-shows or early check-outs before completing the reserved period will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
- No refunds will be issued for late arrivals (including flight delays) or early departures, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon with Management.
- We do not accept room holds or tentative bookings for stays during the Easter period (from Maundy Thursday through Holy Saturday, inclusive), nor for dates between December 26 and the first Sunday (inclusive) of the following year.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations of stays between December 20 and January 5, nor for stays during the Easter period.
